Developed while working at award winning Godden Sudik Architects. A pair of duplexes in Louisville Colorado. Goal was to bring a contemporary mountain architecture to the exterior, and focus on an enhanced living space both inside and out.

Developed while working at award winning Godden Sudik Architects. Family of this 1000 sf 1-story single family home in downtown denver was in need of of more space and a refreshed look. By strategically adding a second floor we were able to elegantly give them just that.
Balcony off of the master enhanced the use and presence of the home.
Complexities of adding a second floor to an existing building was managed with great Contractor/Architect collaboration during the design phase.
